New Accelerator:  Actionable Alerts

Interact with Record Alerts through an enhanced experience to better support your constituents.

Get it now:  https://sfdc.co/actionable-alertsNew Accelerator: Actionable AlertsInteract with Record Alerts through an enhanced experience to better support your constituents. Get it now: https://sfdc.Actionable Alerts provides an enhanced, action-oriented interface for better using Record Alerts in the flow of work.

Record Alerts is a powerful, out-of-the-box feature provided as a Salesforce Common Industry Component. It provides user awareness of special circumstances that need attention or action on a given record. Alerts can be created by users, through automation, and even by external systems, and are available for reporting and analytics. However, the standard way of viewing Record Alerts is informational only, leaving users without any way to quickly act on them.

This Accelerator provides a new interface for seeing these alerts - and taking immediate action to support related constituents. A configurable Lightning Web Component (LWC) improves how users see and manage their alerts, and buttons open relevant flows for working or resolving each individual alert.

Full documentation and instructions are available when you access the Accelerator.

Congratulations to @Stephanie Brewster and @Andrew Chalon for delivering this incredible, free, open source resource to all Salesforce customers and partners, but especially those in Education!

New Accelerator:  SAM.gov Integration with Flow & External Service

Provides a no-code integration with SAM.gov for querying and retrieving verified entity information.

Get it now:  http://sfdc.co/SAMgov-IntegrationNew Accelerator: SAM.gov Integration with Flow & External ServiceProvides a no-code integration with SAM.gov for querying and retrieving verified entity information. Get it now: http://sfdc.This new Accelerator queries SAM.gov and retrieves official entity data directly from the source of truth, for use in a Salesforce-based solution (like an application or review process).

SAM.gov (the System for Award Management) is the registration authority for entities (businesses, organizations, and individuals) seeking to do business with the U.S. Government.  That even includes nonprofit organizations and universities applying for federal grants.

And guess what?  No code!  This solution uses a configurable external service that can be used by Flow and other no/low/pro code aspects of Salesforce.  The package includes an example Flow that's easy to use and tailor to retrieve all sorts of official entity data.  We've even used it in a custom Agentforce action!

To test or use this Accelerator, you have to have an API key from SAM.gov (test API keys are easy to obtain through their website, but there is a limit of 10 calls per day).

Full documentation and instructions are available when you access the Accelerator.

Congratulations to @John Scardino for delivering this incredible, free, open source resource to all Salesforce customers and partners!
