Hello! I am trying to schedule the Admin exam. My code doesn't expire until July 2024. When I add the code into Kryterion, I receive an error message that says my promotion code has expired.

If a Profile is required for all users, and there are password policies on the Profile (and from what I can tell, even when creating a new custom profile you must clone an existing profile which all seem to have password policies in place, and no way to delete the password policy on the Profile), then what is the point of having  the Security -> Password Policies.  How is this ever used?

Hi everybody, I hope you are fine.

I'm currently doing the SF certification course and I'm at the beginning of the 3rd week. I'm trying to edit the Page Layout for the "Burlington evaluation" Energy Audit. In the hands-on sessions, it says that I have to click on Setup - Edit Page, but no Edit page is in my Setup icon, only Setup / Service Setup / Developer Console / Edit Object. What am I missing here? Thank you for any help you may provide,

where I was pursuing a multi-stage badge.  I tried resetting my password, but I failed the security question (even tho I KNOW I answered correctly), and now it says "contact your Salesforce Administrator".  My class finished at the end of December, and I can't log a case to contact my administrator.  How do I get back in?  My exam is Monday!!  

When I go to Playground Starter, I says I am logged in to "empathetic Koala" but that playground does not show up in the challenge when I click the 3 dots to launch a different playground.  So this all started because I was trying to reset my password so I could connect the orgs.  REALLY don't want to do this badge again in an existing playground.  Its very strange.  Its my last module, and I haven't had any problems before this!  What happened?!

 FYI EXAM PREP:  I just thought I'd share my thoughts, regarding this course. Quick background, I work in a company that already uses Salesforce, I am very comfortable navigating, creating, and working within the platform, I've been using Salesforce for two years. I paid for this course to enhance my career level. I paid for several practice tests and studied for months. Yet I continue to fail the exam, several times!! This course and the practice exam, are not in alignment with the exam at all. I have yet to come across a "similar question" as studied in these exams provided.  it's very frustrating and at this point a waste of money in my opinion.  For new students, I would recommend seeking other resources to help prepare you for the exam. As a seasoned user of Salesforce, I have yet to pass.  I Standby SF as a wonderful business tool for success. I will pass at some point. 

There is no profile named Minimum Access or a similar one in my org.  What can I do?

• Clone the Minimum Access - Salesforce profile with the following settings:
  • Use existing profile: Minimum Access - Salesforce
  • Profile Name: Cleaner

I recently switched to my personal device for doing hands-on challenge due to there were issues with work PCs.  However, the playgrounds I created does not show; it only shows one playground by default--My Trailhead Playgrond1.  I only have one login account to TVB.  Can anyone help to find the other playgrounds?
