  • Emphasizes our desire to collaborate and help one another
  • Sets the intention of reaching a level of competency when we arrive at our destination

  • Nonprofit Vision and Strategy Excursion: Kicks off April 13, 2022. Learn how to develop and refresh a clear vision and strategy to help drive alignment between stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business objectives. Register by April 6.
  • Nonprofit Team Members Excursion: Kicks off April 14, 2922. Develop a clear team members structure to help ensure that every person working on your program team has the skills, knowledge, and buy-in to deliver the required business objectives. We’ll also review best practices for Partner Management. Register by April 7.
  • Nonprofit Change Management Excursion: Kicks off May 19, 2022. Identify tools and best practices to establish a successful change management process. Register by May 5.
  • Nonprofit Governance Excursion: Kicks off May 31, 2022. Develop a governance framework that allows Program teams to deliver outcomes through informative processes. Register by May 17.
  • Nonprofit New Ways of Working Excursion: Kicks off June 9, 2022. Learn how to adopt a new mindset to deliver digital transformation solutions quicker. Register by May 26.
  • Nonprofit Business Processes & Value Excursion: Kicks off July 19, 2022. Effectively communicate the value of your Salesforce program. Secure the business value of your program and improve the delivery of business objectives while continuing to innovate. Register by July 5.
  • Nonprofit Architecture Excursion: Kicks off July 21, 2022. Ensure your program and associated projects are well architected and designed to follow your technical best practices and meet compliance requirements. Register by July 7.

Any orgs here use an Agile tool for tracking and managing user stories for Salesforce development?

I am moving our org to a DevOps model of deployment so that we stop messing with our production instance. I have recently signed a contract to use Flosum. Now I'm looking for a tool to manage our sprints and user stories.

 

I would love to talk to any org about your experience and recommendations.

    Hi @Jarrell Dunson will keep you posted on research. Trying to decide/test if a Salesforce native tool is better or a third party tool (ie. Asana, Trello or Jira) is the way to go.
