Salesforce Gen-Bridge Group (Virtual)

The Salesforce Gen-Bridge Group (Virtual) Much has been learned about the benefits of diversity but not as much about age diversity so we want to bring that to the forefront of our efforts to be less biased, open minded and inclusive. The Gen-Bridge Ohana family is inclusive of all ages and we believe there are benefits gained from forming multi-generational teams, convinced that everyone brings something important to the table and that working in age diverse teams makes us all more interesting, smarter, and open minded, which ultimtely benefits us, our families and makes us better employees. Please post to the group any thoughts and experiences you have working on multi generational teams and any advice you may for us as we run into the challenges that can come up working cross generations. Having taken the #trailhead and #Practice Exams what else is needed to clear the exams? 

  1. Attend the #Certificationdayssalesforce to review  at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/credentials/cert-days/
  2. Watch  the YouTube video on how to take the exams https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLYYo3R-Alg by helped me immensely.
