Announcing: New cohort opportunities for you!

 

 We have a new selection of 8 Domains cohorts and would love to have you participate! Note: we do not recommend that you take on more than one 8 Domains (8D) Cohort at a time!

  • 8D Vision and Strategy: Kicks off March 9, 2022. Do you need to develop or refresh a clear vision and strategy? This cohort will assist in this critical area to drive alignment between stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high-priority business capabilities which realize business objectives and value.   • 8D Team Members: Kicks off March 23, 2022. Do you need to develop a clear team members structure? This cohort will help you ensure that every person working on the program team has the skills, knowledge, and buy-in to deliver your required business objectives.   • 8D Change Management: Kicks off February 16, 2022. Do you need to identify tools and best practices tor a successful change management process? This cohort will help you establish the processes that ensure successful transition to a future state. Please check out the details and register for the kickoff here by Feb 2nd. 
  • 8D New Ways of Working: Kicks off February 17, 2022. The New Ways of Working Cohort will focus on removing many of the barriers and management styles of the past and adopting a new mindset to deliver a digital transformation.   • 8D Business Processes & Value: Kicks off February 10, 2022. The Business Processes & Value Cohort will strive to secure the business value of your program, improve delivery of business objectives, and enable you to constantly innovate.   • 8D Operating Model: Kicks off February 28, 2022. Are you struggling to provide an effective structure for successful delivery of business objectives? This cohort will help you create development and support processes within which business and IT interact. Please check out the details and register for the kickoff here by Feb 14th.
  • 8D Governance: Kicks off February 15, 2022. The Governance Cohort will strive to develop a governance framework that provides the guard rails and decision-making processes that allow a Program team to deliver business outcomes.
