This new SalesforceLabs free AppExchange is for the Centre of Excellence, and definitely worth look at!

Eagle eyes is a solution to provide performance insights across the stack of your Salesforce application. We use Event Monitoring logs and add derive use cases that a performance engineer typically cares about. Eg. which layer of the application is taking time? Is it my database, my apex, my apex callout? It provides you insights into quick hotspots as well as gives actionable recommendations on the optimizations you can consider for your org to make it more performance. This is a perfect tool for someone who is looking to visualize EM logs in a very prescriptive way. It also provides benchmarks and thresholds to let you know how close you are to hitting a limit.
