Field Service Related Record Priming

NOTE: Related Record Priming (aka Multilevel Briefcase) is already GA and available to all customers. Welcome to our Offline Briefcase Related Record Priming Pilot! We know how important it is for the Field Service mobile app to work seamlessly in the offline context. Offline Briefcase Builder allows customers to make offline record data available for your users in the SFS app. Today, customers can use Briefcase Builder to prime objects in the SFS app. The Related Record Priming Pilot brings a feature enhancement for Briefcase Builder in the SFS app. With this pilot, customers will be able to prime objects related to other objects. For example, If a customer needs to prime only the custom object “Price Catalog” related to a specific Asset, they can now configure this relationship.
