Team 2021 Trailheaders

Hi everyone, I passed the exam yesterday! One thing I started reminding myself was that you don't have to get every question right, only 39 out of 60. You can do poorly in some sections and still pass; it's more important to be very comfortable with the sections that are worth 13-14% than the ones worth only 2-3%. (To be honest, I got 0% in one section; it was likely only 1-2 questions.) Even "experts" in any given platform aren't going to know everything about it. It probably isn't worth getting too caught up in the tiniest details, but certainly you need to understand the overall concepts. Hope this helps anyone else who is starting to overthink like I did... Hi all! I passed the exam today!!!! I wanted to share a few helpful things that helped me pass:

• get lots of hands-on experience
• get the FocusonForce practice exams!!! 6 practice exams for $20, if you can. They also have 1 free exam. This really helps and they explain why you got a question wrong and have screenshots showing what you should do  https://focusonforce.com/ 
  • I did 2 of the 6 paid practice exams, and the 1 free one, and the webassessor practice exam
  • the paid practice exams also include quizzes for each section (I didn't do those but they would help)
  • some questions were very similar to what was on the exam

• honestly, I would not only rely on the Trailhead bootcamp since it doesn't cover other areas I've seen on the practice exams/real exam

Hi guys, I am stuck on a few questions. Let me know if you could help me better understand the following:

1) What is the difference between process builder and flow (not workflow)?

2) If a mgr wants to update a custom field with a specific case user for certain cases, how can he go about doing that? Formula field/ validation field?

3) Can you use 2 picks lists for the same business process or do you need two pick lists? 

4) Can anyone create dashboard folders? What permission should they have to allow this? 

5) Users are forgetting to submit their requests for approval. How can we ensure that submittals are automatically sent for approval? 

Hi All, I was able to get my certification today. Please let me know if I can help you in any way. I think Focus on force was really big help. Going through the question bank and studying more about incorrect answers really helped. Thanks @Carla Chen and others for mentioning that. I just took the practice exam and based on how I did I'm going to focus on these areas before the real exam:

• Security and Access
• Data Management
• Analytics, Reports and Dashboards
• Workflow Automation

How does this compare to the areas you are going to revisit?

Hi guys, I came across some questions which I cannot figure out on my own. Does anyone know the asnwers to these?

1) Reasons a Salesforce Admin cannot share a report folder? 

2) How to ensure that opportunities are not double counted in a pipeline for the same end customer when using multiple resellers?

3) How to convert all existing country fields to ISO code? Is that done through Data.com clean or mass update addresses?

4) What happens to the associated license when an account get decatived? The license simply gets listed as Inactive and the Admin has to remove them from the billable licenses in order to stop paying for that license, right?

Hi all, is anyone having trouble finding Knowledge Settings in Setup? (Lightning or Classic). I've checked the box for a user and don't find it when I type in knowledge settings in the quick find box. I also can't create a new Knowledge article. When I go to Service app, I click on Knowledge tab, and there is no "Create" or "New" button. This is for the Set Up a Simple Knowledge Base trailhead module. Help would be appreciated!

Hi everyone, I am looking to buy some practice exams before taking the actual admin exam. I have heard of two options: Mike Wheeler and Focus on the Force?

Do any of you have an recommendatios? I would like the exams to explain wrong answers in their own material. I am done with the trailhead because I have done it once and I would like something a bit more dynamic.
