Week 1: RAD will share out problem statement – grads ask questions on schema and other problem details. Coaches volunteering for that particular month will help moderate and answer any questions. Week 2:RAD Grads discuss in chatter Group, ask questions, pseudocode, create / update dev org, discuss solutions. Week 3: RAD Grads post gist link of solution in chatter group, ask questions and discuss test coverage. Week 4: RAD to publish acceptable code snippet(s), discuss, vote on best posted solution.
