This group is being created for aspiring CTAs. Please join in to share where you are on this journey and any leanings, best practices, tips and trick while you achieve your domain certificates and prepare for CTA review board.

I'm a Certified Salesforce Admin that has developed best practice concepts for data structure and programming during my career as IT Admin, web programmer, nonprofit Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce consultant, and most recently as a Customer Advocate.  But I typically find myself stuck in support roles. These use the skill sets I've developed, and are rewarding in the sense that I help people, but are not especially motivating personally.

I'd rather be creating automations in Salesforce, making visual flows that vastly improve data quality and Salesforce user confidence in their own work.  I like solving the problems that no one else has been able to overcome.  I like to hyperfocus to solve a specific problem.

This sounds like Salesforce architecture to me, but that goal looks pretty lofty from my current perspective. Advice, guidance (or redirection, if needed) are appreciated.  :)
