GDPR Compliance for Dummies - Great find!

Heads up everyone that this is a resource container group only. No questions will be answered here if posted.

Hi there, so I was advised by our CFL/CSG to join the GDPR hub where customers were discussing solutions... this is the only SFDC owned group I could find with regard to GDPR.  Our team has some general questions around solutions pertaining to service cloud and customer case data.  Is this the right forum to post those?  Or could you help direct us to the right place?  I do see a lot of great documentation in the links so will start there. 

I am including some of the general questions that came from our support ticket, as to give context.

Questions we have

1. what to do if customer contact information is been updated on Email Message, case history ,feed data . For example Email message body can't be edited , deleting the whole message would not be solution either. Any help from salesforce?

2. Any guidelines from salesforce to anonymize the contact relation from any associated case?

These are the few questions we have for GDPR.
