VIRTUAL SALESFORCE CAREER FAIR!

Hi WHW, there's a great event coming up soon.  See the link below. Participants will have the chance to connect with local companies, learn, and have fun with other Trailblazers.  This is not open to just everyone - you need to earn a superbadge or salesforce certification by 12/31 to be eligible.  I actually earned my first superbadge this year, and it's not too late to get started.

The main difference I saw, was that I couldn't find your week 2 trailmix when I searched for it. Once I used it on my pc, it was able to find the trailmix under my 'recent' activity section.

Hi WHW!  We covered a lot of ground during our virtual workshop yesterday, and there is so much MOAR I didn't even cover.

Here's one area you might like to explore for some great content:  Trailhead LIVE! ( https://trailhead.salesforce.com/live/ ) We have a live and on-demand video streaming portal built right into Trailhead.  The topics covered are all over the map - super technical developer sessions, soft skills, and plenty of fun too.  Live sessions can easily be added to your calendar, and you can of course browse the library of past recordings for some killer content too.  Here are a few recommendations from yours truly:

Upcoming Live Sessions:

Essential Habits for New Admins https://trailhead.salesforce.com/live/broadcasts/a2r3k000001n21a/essential-habits-for-new-admins

Prepare for your next Superbadgehttps://trailhead.salesforce.com/live/broadcasts/a2r3k000001n26a/prepare-for-your-next-superbadge

Recordings:

Business Analysis is a Skillset, not a Job Title https://trailhead.salesforce.com/live/videos/a2r3k000000tZKU/business-analysis-is-a-skillset-not-a-job-title

Staying Productive in your Job Search https://trailhead.salesforce.com/live/videos/a2r3k0000014vad/staying-productive-in-your-job-search

Browse the entire catalog here - https://trailhead.salesforce.com/live/videos/?type=all - really something for everyone!  And keep coming back, as we are constantly adding great new sessions every week.

Hi Claudia! See, I told you we are monitoring this group :-). Congrats on your first badge! Happy to offer up some more recommendations for you if you'd like. For some really basic, high-level overview of some of our products, type "quick look" in the search bar for some low calorie badges. "Sales Cloud Quick Look" and "Service Cloud Quick Look" are great entry points into our two biggest and most well known products.

Hello all-

I'm current working on the Build An Einstein Chatbot project and I'm not able to move forward because there are two licenses required: Cloud and Chat. Is this project off limits since I'm not an actual user of Salesforce? @Jay Hunter @Dee Mullin

Many thanks!

No, you can do it Elaine! All of the licenses needed should be available in the Trailhead Playground instance of Salesforce that comes with your Trailhead account. Sometimes there are badges that require special licenses, but there is always a link in the badge to install the necessary bits you'll need to complete the work. I'd strongly recommend earning this badge ( https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/modules/trailhead_playground_management ) that covers concepts around these 'Trailhead playgrounds" as it can definitely get confusing if you're just getting started. Good luck and thanks so much for the question!
