Hi all,
Our team is looking for advice on the following scenario, please:
We would like to setup a journey that allows the same person to enter that journey multiple times. This journey would contain an email send, and we'd like to be able to run the same contacts through it at any given time so that those contacts can receive the email again when needed.
This journey would be connected to our CRM, and the person would ideally enter the Journey when they are added to the campaign on the Sales Cloud side. However, we're running into an issue where we cannot add someone to a campaign multiple times. It's important for our business partners that the Sales Cloud side has the capability to add someone again to a running journey.
Any ideas as to how to accomplish this so that Journey Builder allows the same contact to go through multiple times? Thanks in advance!
