I got stuck on step 4

Hi there - I finished a challenge in the CRM module (Create/Convert Leads), however when I click the very bottom to "Check Challenge" to be scored on it the status circle just does a continuous circle. I've restarted my PC but the same thing is still occurring. Can you advise? Thanks!
