Hello sir, Even I face the same issue as mentioned by @SINDHURA BANDARU (module: Quick Start: Lightning Web Components), I also tried to do 

WEEK_5: Set Up Your Lightning Web Components Developer Tools.Even after killing the process on port:1717 . The command ( SFDX: Authorize a Dev Hub) is not redirecting me to browser to authenticate. Please help me fix this error.
