I'm trying to login to the Events app for Dreamforce 2018 but when I use my registration code, it gives me a breeze link error and when I try to login with my Salesforce credentials I get the screen attached.

    Hi Anissa. Do you have any further information regarding the login issues your customer is experiencing? Would it be possible to have your customer submit feedback through the Events app? Feedback can be submitted in the app either through More > Feedback, or through More > Settings > Send Logs.

Hi, I am not able to login into my Salesforce Events App. From the Events App--> I clicked on 'Log In' ---> added the 'Registration ID---> Clicked on  'Continue'---> Entered 'Last Name---> Click on 'Send Breeze Link'---> Received the link in my inbox---> but when i click on 'Log In' from that link it is taking me to browser and not on the Event App. (Screen Shot Attached) so on browser page i am not able to login.

    Hi Devalkumar,

    It looks like your company has a restricted email and browser which is preventing the app from opening with authentication in that page. There's 2 things you could try instead:

    1. If you have a personal email account on that phone, you can forward the breeze email in your personal email which should let the app open and authenticate (Breeze emails work for 30 minutes until they expire, so you probably need to login one more time)

    2. On the login page in the Events app, you can click "Log in Manually" below the "R-ID" field. From here you can use your salesforce login.

Unable to login to book sessions for Dreamforce with my Event Logins, when trying to rest password  - nothing comes to my email.. any ideas

Hi,

I can’t get in to the event app. Doing all the steps but it doesn’t work. Apparently I don’t have access but I have a full conference program.

    did you login using your "R-12345678" number you received as part of your Dreamforce registration?

    If you're still stuck, can you open the Events app > More > Settings > Send Logs and we'll try to figure it out.

Hello, I am logged out of the app and now can't login.

I have uninstalled and re installed the app. Still get your no internet connection error. But that is no the case I can get to and use other apps just fine.

Hi, 

 

I signed up for dreamforce using my Org id and since we have encryption on i cannot get into the events app using breeze link. When i click the link i get "unsupported" browser error. 

 

is there a way to change my registration email to personal email so i can login to the events app, OR make the breeze link work somehow

Hi SF Team, I have downloaded the Event App in advance of the World Tour on Thursday however when I try to log in with my registration code, the Breeze link I get is unresponsive. When I try to log in manually I get an SSL Error - can you please support? I'd love to build my agenda in advance. thanks

    Hi Hong, yep I got sorted in the end. If you get the Breeze link sent to your email, open the link on your phone rather than on your desktop - which is what I had been doing. Hope that helps.!
