PacificForce

PacificForce’s mission is to advance Salesforce.com’s leadership role within the Asian Pacific American community, particularly that of San Francisco, both our home and a city with one of the largest and most diverse APA communities in the country. As a part of the Salesforce.com family, we seek to serve as a unifying resource and community for Salesforce.com employees with backgrounds and/or interests in the Asia-Pacific region and/or the Asian Pacific American population at large. Through quarterly philanthropic programming, PacificForce aims to be a platform by which more than 1,000 volunteer hours are contributed to the community.

PacificForce serves as a leader within the Asian Pacific American and Asian Pacific communities through our all-volunteer led programming:

PUBLIC AFFAIRS series of forums on pressing matters of national and international importance featuring speakers like Orville Schell, Francis Fukuyama, and Harry Harding
PHILANTHROPIC events with a focus on both local SF-based organizations like Vietnamese Youth Development Center as well as global organizations such as the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT with a focus on youth mentorship and tutoring
CULTURAL AND HERITAGE CELEBRATION such as our annual Diwali and Chinese New Year events
