Hello, I am working on Salesforce configuration that will handle our case management for an internal law firm. Like most law firms, we have to account for conflicts of interest. We know the conflict of interest logic, but I'm struggling to figure out best way to apply this in Salesforce. Has anyone built "conflict of interest" logic? If so, how did you handle in Salesforce? Any lessons learned that you could share? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
