Hi all, We need to be able to send brand new emails from cases but Salesforce standard functionality populates the To, Subject & email body with the case email chain. Does anyone know how we can add an option to send a brand new email so we don't have to keep clearing out these fields before writing our new email? Thank you Lorraine
