I have a datasource which comprises of Oracle connection, Azure Sql connection and an excel file(It is a full join between Oracle and Azure). I am trying to add a MariaDB connection to this model. But when i add a connection my existing join breaks(I am using tableau 2020.1 version). How can i overcome this road block?

"Full Outer" is definitely an example of something unusual. We don't support that on MariaDB and so can't in that connection.
Try upgrading to a newer version of Tableau and using relationships instead.
