This feels like a new bug to me.
I've been maintaining a dashboard in various forms for years. I don't know when this started, but on upload of the dashboard to the Tableau Server, the axis labels for ONE of two graphs gets jogged away from the data points. There is no dual-axis action here; all margins are set to zero. On Tableau Desktop everything looks right. On upload to the Server and when embedding in the webpage the axis is so misaligned that some of the values aren't included at all. A look at the accessibility header for the axis and the underlying DIVs themselves in the layout shows that entire labels (in this case, year numbers) are gone. I've spent an hour fighting this and am not sure how to continue. Very frustrating.

Hi, could you check if the major ticks interval is fixed? If they are fixed, please use the automatic config:
- In Tableau Desktop or Web Authoring, right-click the continuous date axis and select Edit Axis.
- Select the Tick Marks tab.
- Under Major Tick Marks, select Automatic.
- Publish the workbook to Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud
