I just got my Salesforce Admin Certificate recently; and now, I would like to practice what I've learned in real-life situations. Can anyone advise where I can find Salesforce Admin jobs as a volunteer? I just want to gather experience first before jumping to a profitable job as an Admin.

I think spinning up a dev org and coming up with a use case and building out something is a good place to start. Congrats on your admin certification!
