Hi I am trying to generate letters but I get this message and I am unable to se Docgen permissions so can give access to myself. I have admin rights.

If you cannot see any DocGen permission sets or permission set groups, then the DocGen package/license is likely not installed or enabled correctly in your org. Even System Admin users cannot access DocGen pages without the package permissions being available. Go to Setup, then Installed Packages and verify the DocGen package is installed. If it is missing, reinstall or ask the org/package admin to assign the DocGen license first. If the package is already installed, try running the package setup wizard again and refresh the org.
