Seeing Guidence to enable Apply Click for multiple filters & Auto navigate to another sheet.

Hi Team,

PFB Image where I have created sheet with Three Filters by giving filter condition as "Apply to All worksheets using this data source".

Also I have another sheet for Apply button by creating calculated filed as "Apply" and dragged this to ROWS, dragged required dimensions to DETAILS & MARKSCARD sheet type changed to Polygon. 

Now, Dashboard created by dragging "Apply" sheet and that filters as below and Filter Action applied by selecting "Apply" sheet as Source and Data sheet as Target.

Here I am looking to select the required fields from all three filters and want to click on the "Apply" button so that all three filters will apply at a time post my click only. However, whenever I selected each filter it's running automatically in the backend for each selection.

Is there any way that I can avoid filtering autorun and enable this APPLY button for all selected filters at a time?
