Hello everyone,
I want to publish a dashboard I created to Tableau Public. However, after entering the correct username and password on the login screen, it loads for a moment and then returns to the blank login page again. I have been unable to log in successfully.
I can log in without any issues on the Google Chrome web version, but the login keeps failing in the Tableau Desktop application. There are no error messages; it simply keeps redirecting back to the blank login screen.

Thank you for your reply, but the solution did not work. Fortunately, I have been able to connect successfully after purchasing the activation code. I am not sure if this is related to my previous free trial period.
