I am using automated actions for cadences i have setup a very basic entry criteria for testing so when lead email = Specific value (My personal email for testing). If i create a Lead it triggers the automated action if anyone else creates a lead it does not. However they can add the lead to the cadence manually. Ive asked salesforce support but currently been waiting 5 days for an answer. Cheers guys.

Can you also make sure if user has the folder access in which you have saved your cadence?
Also, you can check if you see anything in debug logs!
