I'm trying to bring a slicker look to our dashboards. Each of our dashboards has a rather uninspiring list of printed navigation links; I'd like to add a little charm by using shapes & colors that better reflect our brand.
Ultimately I'd like something like this:
The challenge is we'll have multiple users with different levels of Tableau experience renovating old dashboards, so the process needs to be simple.
How would YOU add navigational shapes in a way that's easy to understand?
Would you create a workbook for each one, assign it to the shape, add a title, then drop them all in a vertical container?
Is there a better method that doesn't rely on floating containers?
I don't think it will be possible to have all our programmers design and save images 😕
Thanks for your insight!

@Michael Hesser Hi Michael
I would consider having a centralised repository for collection of images that can be reused by other developers. This could be simply a collection of image files to be brought into the My Tableau Repository to be used as Shapes or alternatively it could be a collection on a website with URLs for each one of them which could then be used in Image Role, which supports higher quality images.
That way, each individual developer does not need to create images every time.
