Hello, I would like to send a mailing with a personnalised signature but i can't. I don't have the option available in the dynamic fields and when i try to go to "dynaic content" the "new variation" option is grey and not available. Do you have any idea of what i could do? A second problem i would encounter is the email the mail would be sent from... How could i automatically assign the contact owner with the email ?
This usually happens when the contact owner fields or sender profile aren't exposed in the email configuration or template type. We've seen similar cases where personalization works once the owner fields and dynamic sender setup are correctly configured.
