I'm having some issues with the Protect your Data in Salesforce, specifically the last module in the series. Set Up Account Teams.
I feel I have done all of the proceeding steps, but cannot see the Add Default button = nor can I add it with the prescribed solution.
Setup > Edit Object > Page Layouts > Account (Marketing) layout > Related Lists > Drag and drop the Account Team component onto the layout > Save

- Add Default Team doesn’t show on the Lightning page.
Enable Account Teams, add Account Team to the Account page layout, then open an Account record and scroll to the Account Team related list to see Add Default Team.
