I've down all the ground work to create a half gauge chart but it is not working as the percentage calculation is incorrect. I can't understand why? Included is a image of the expected results for Alberton (GF). Also attached is the Tableau Packaged Workbook.
I will appreciate it if you can do the correction within the packaged workbook.

You just need to fix the Variance calculation and this should work correctly. I also noticed that values for Pointers 1 and 2 are the same.
