I am trying to create a world map that shows years as labels. Some of the countries have more than one year, and I'd like that shown in the label. I can only get one year to appear.

My data set has a cell for each of these years. I will attach it below. I am looking at The United States and want it to display 1999 and 2003.I am trying to create a world map that shows years as labels.
