Hi all, we had purchased a license last week, and after the card payment, no confirmation email was sent. We contacted customer service, and they said they are looking into it. I had followed up everyday, as we need the access immediately, with no concrete answers given to us except for that they are currently looking into it. It has been a week now, and it's becoming super frustrating. Is there an alternative email to contact?

    Hi @Alvin Mejia​ - Did you log in a case through the customer portal? I find it very responsive.
