I have a summary dashboard showing membership trends by channel and branch.
- On my main dashboard, the top-level rows are channels (e.g., Back Office, Branch, Indirect).
- Under each channel, I have branch-level rows (e.g., Loan Department, ITM Support, etc. under Back Office).
What I want is:
- When I click a channel (e.g., Back Office), it should simply expand to show branches in the same dashboard (normal drill-down).
- But when I click a specific branch (e.g., Loan Department, ITM Support, etc.), it should open a new dashboard showing a detailed trend view (New Members, Accounts) only for that branch.
I am facing a problem, while clicking channel it is opening a new dashboard along with drill down

It is a perfect use case for dynamic Zone visibility, Try exploring that. From First level to second level, set up the condition to show you the relevant Branch Levels and then again clicking on a branch would pop up the dashboard related to it. then you close the dashboard and it triggers another action and takes you back to your first top level. Good luck :-), It is doable.
