Hello Tableau Community 👋, I’m working on a Tableau dashboard and I’ve run into a challenge I’m not able to solve. Hoping to get some guidance from the experts here.

I have a Tableau requirement where the I want the dashboard data exported into Excel in a predefined sectional/customized layout (not the standard Tableau export).

Basically:

• A button inside the Tableau dashboard → click it → Excel export is generated.
• The exported Excel should follow a specific customized format defined by the client, not just the raw crosstab/tableau export.

Is there any way to achieve this in Tableau directly ?

I don't want to use any third-party tools like UserReady Pixel Perfect,etc.
