Hello all, hope this is the correct place to ask this.
I have a problem, as the title says, when exporting data either in the Desktop or in the view that is on tableau server. The sheet/dashboard has a table with the total for each row enabled, however, when I download/export the data either as CSV or Excel file, only the column name of 'total' is added, but not the numbers. Anyone knows what can I do to fix this?
The image provided is an example of the export. Circled in green shows the "total" /general total is added as column name, but no value whatsoever.

Could you create a small set of dummy data that reproduces your issue?
Based on that, I'd like you to recreate and share the sheet you made.
Without it, the investigation might be difficult.
