    Hi @Madison Loe

If you're encountering an error message when trying to open Tableau on your Mac, it could be due to macOS security settings. By default, macOS allows apps only from the App Store and identified developers. To resolve this, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, and under "Allow apps downloaded from," select "App Store and identified developers." If the app is still blocked, click "Open Anyway" next to the blocked app in the same Security & Privacy settings. https://osxdaily.com/2021/08/30/fix-mac-app-cant-be-opened-because-it-was-not-downloaded-from-app-store-error//

Additionally, ensure that your macOS is up to date, as outdated versions can sometimes cause compatibility issues. To check for updates, click the Apple menu, select "System Preferences," then "Software Update." If the problem persists, consider reinstalling Tableau or contacting Tableau Support for further assistance. https://www.tableau.com/having-trouble
