How do I achieve this by using Fixed LOD. Could I use any other calculations to get the dates concatenated in order?

As a workaround, let me introduce Tableau Prep to you. Have you tried it? Pivot processing is quite simple with this tool. While this suggestion uses static settings, dynamic configurations are also possible.
