We recently upgraded to 2023.3.4. In this version, no one except admin can see the schedule frequencies in subscription. Please suggest how to fix it.

Hi, this is a known issue, and a solutions was deployed in 2023.3.5. So, you would need to upgrade to 2023.3.5.
