I want to upgrade to the latest Tableau version. I have Desktop, Prep, and Server. I want them all to be the same version. Please tell me the latest version where all three are 100% compatible.

I want to upgrade to the latest Tableau version. I have Desktop, Prep, and Server. I want them all to be the same version. Please tell me the latest version where all three are 100% compatible. I don't want to be sent a link - I just want to know the latest version to upgrade to that won't blow anything up.  Thanks!

Hi @Kathleen Lupke​, The latest version of Tableau Server is 2023.3. The release schedule for Server is slightly longer than Desktop, Prep and Cloud, but as it stands right now they are all on version 2023.3.

@Kathleen Lupke​  Hi, I would use Tableau Server 2023.1.9.  However, this is only my best recommendation and should not be taken as a 100% free of risk recommendation.
