Work faster. On a more serious note, this is a normal thing just expressing that the underlying data, or view, or anything might have changed so Tableau is just asking to refresh your view.
You can trigger this by republishing the visualisation while you are viewing it (although this creates more issues and is not recommended).
However, this is a fairly standard web practice, similar to when you log into your bank account and after a period of time it will either log you out or ask you if you are still there. The only real way of avoiding this scenario is to keep using your browser session - hence why I started with 'work faster'.
