We use to get the monthly excel sheet for one of the project. Through ETL process we load the data, however after that data extract refresh we could not find latest month data in tableau in the Tableau

That's going to be very hard to diagnose from here. I usually work backwards along the data pipeline to see what's wrong, like this:
a. why is the data not in the dashboard - is it filtering?
b. create a new workbook and use the same data to see if it's available
c. check the data source to see when it was last refreshed
d. is the data in the database? was it there before the refresh started?
etc..
there was to be a logical reason, especially if it worked previously.
