I have one large dashboard that i need to print to a PDF. As there is too much detail to fit onto one PDF page I want the table to continue over multiple printed PDF pages.

 i.e one large page that covers 5 printed pages... at the moment it tries to fit into1 page

    As far as I know, Tableau will always equate a single dashboard to a single page. If you want multiple pages, you will have to create multiple dashboards.
