Failed email notifications for bridge refreshes are not being received in Tableau Cloud. Since the user is a Server Administrator, the "Data Alert" option is disabled for them. Please let me know if anyone is aware of this behavior.

    The only option I know that can deactivate is if this box is unchecked:

Check also, if the desired datasources are configured for Private Network:

    imageimageI also suggest you to work with your email admin or provider. In my history, the most common cause is email blocking emails. This does not always mean the email server is blocking the sender, it can also block the email because of the content.
