I have a Tableau Prep flow that pulls in data from two SharePoint lists using the JDBC connector and two local excel files. The first time I added the SharePoint lists, the data loaded perfectly. Now, there is new data in the SharePoint lists, and I can't seem to get that new data into the output of my Tableau Prep flow. I have tried signing into M365 and running the flow again, but neither seems to bring in refreshed data. There is also no option for an Extract refresh in Tableau Prep for SharePoint Lists.
One thing to note- this Tableau Prep flow is being run on desktop, not Tableau Server.

..as workaround, wondering if you created an Extract of the list in Desktop and then pointed Prep to the Extract two-step process to refresh the extract then Prep to get the refreshed data. Historical post and Tableau Help Article notes...
