Need to create bulk groups on tableau server using tabcmd

iam working on applying row level security using groups created on tableau server and adding users to them manually for testing purpose and iam referring that group in my calculated field.

Everything is working as expected that a user can only see groups in which he/she has been added.

But the problem is i need to create groups in bulk ~1600 and adding users to them.

So, how can we achieve this using tabcmd?

or any other way to accomplish this?

Also, please let me know the approach iam taking to apply Row level security is correct or not?
