I am doing a project on project management and trying to categorize IT solution providers into groups whether they have updated project manager on the cost available, if it is scheduled up to date and another 4 more dimensions. So far, I am placing IT solution providers at columns and the dimensions at rows, and it looks like a pivot table which is quite hard to visualise. I need suggestions on how to improve it and am happy to hear your input!

Basically, to achieve this you can make a combined field based on your six dimensions. But to get the viz in tooltip to filter correctly, you'll need to manually make the combined field (at least on my version of Desktop).
When I say manually, I mean like this:
Then you can edit the aliases of the 9 values in this combined field as I did in the chart above.
If you haven't used viz in tooltip before, you will need to insert the second sheet called "list" from my workbook:
