If the person connected is not a manager then the parameter won't show and he will not be able to see the other view. I've tried using control visibility but the calculated field do not shows on the list of available fields.
I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi, I guess you may have a tableau user group of the individuals who have access to the "parameter". Then I guess you can create a calculated field like:
{MAX(ISMEMBEROF("xxxxx"))}Where xxxxx is the name of the Tableau Group. Finally, you should be able to assign this value to a boolean parameter, and in the option of value when workbook opens, you may choose this new calculated field. Finally, you would be able to assign the boolean parameter to the DZV of the second parameter
