Hello Everyone,

I received a complaint from one of our users that he/she is unable to see the filter row. I have attached the images.

The filter row greyed out.The user is unable to see the filter rows.To troubleshoot the issue, we tried several things: testing in different browsers, clearing the cache, adjusting the filter row container size, and republishing the dashboard. However, none of these solutions worked. I also checked user access, and it appears to be correct. There's no row-level security applied either.

Can you please help us resolve this?

Thanks in advance,

Avinash P Rao

Even rebuilding a part of the workbook might be necessary to check how it appears to specific users. If this resolves the issue, the final workaround might be a complete reconstruction.

I don't know any other effective methods. I'm sorry.

I hope other community members can come up with a good idea.
