I am getting the error specified above. I got this article that says to sgn out and sign back in and to set maximum authentication age to match that of Auth0. I did both of those things, but I am still getting the same error. Auth0 however is showing me successful authentication. Any help in solving this will be appreciated. Thanks

I did raise a ticket with Tableau support. My problem was I did not add the users to tableau. You need to have users in both tableau and auth0 making sure username is the same (for example email) to be able to authenticate with auth0. @Ciara Brennan and @John Prohn
