Dashboard layout is 'Automatic'
Views are set to 'fit width'

If you are publishing with tabs, all views get sized up to the largest dashboard. Try turning off tabs. https://kb.tableau.com/articles/issue/smaller-dashboards-have-empty-space-when-tabs-are-used
